- Contain a provision for you to set the age at which a minor beneficiary receives his or her inheritance.

- Allow this trustee to use the child’s inheritance for that child’s health, education and welfare.
- Contain a provision that says any person or organization that is not included in your Will is not due to oversight or neglect, but because they are not to share in your estate.
